It's easy! When you're browsing through the shop & see pieces you like, all you have to do is click on the thumbnails to view more information about the piece. If you want to buy it, just click on the "add to cart" button located right under the item description. From there, a new window will open up & reveal your cart contents, and you can proceed to the checkout and pay directly with your credit or debit card. Kelly Meeker Designs accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

My guess is you can thank your SPAM filters, ISP, or whatever thing it is you use for your email. You need to make sure my email address: kelly@kellymeekerdesigns.com is added to your safe senders list or white list.
Below are instructions for specific email clients...
Hotmail:
• Go to the Options page.
• On the left side of the page, click Mail, & then Junk E-Mail Protection.
• Click Safe List.
• Type an email address or domain (in this case kellymeekerdesigns.com) from which you always want to receive messages, then click Add. Now you should be all set. Yahoo:
• Click the "add contact" button located on the left in your address book.
• Now enter my email address: kelly@kellymeekerdesigns.com
• Then click "save contact". Now, you should be all set. AOL:
• Go to your Address book & click "add".
• Add kelly@kellymeekerdesigns.com to the email field.
• Click Save. You should be all set. GMAIL:

Yes! And, it's free. Otherwise, it comes with free gift packaging (gift box with filler & a black velvet pouch), so you can see it before you give it, if you'd like. KMD is trying to go as green as possible, so if you need more than one gift box, let me know via the note section of the checkout!
• • • Payment methods:
I accept credit & debit cards directly. My shopping cart is SSL secure!
Paypal is also accepted, but direct payment is preferred! If you do not want to pay online under any circumstances, you can send a money order. Please contact me with what you'd like to order & I will send you an invoice to include with your order. Items will be held for up to 7 days ONLY for you. No exceptions.
After the 7 days, I will allow it to be purchased online by someone else. However, if your payment arrives after the 7 day period & it's still not sold, the jewelry is still yours. • • • When will I receive my package?
ALL orders are shipped within 3 business days of when your order was received, but usually even more quickly than that. All shipping prices include insurance & tracking within the United States. Packages are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, it's your choice. Priority Mail is $7, and UPS Ground is $10. Expedited shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air, is also available for $30- this option will have your package shipped the next business day after your order (given your card is approved, etc).
Canada Parcel Post and USPS Global Priority Mail for $10USD & should arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer, though- of course, in all areas of the world, that is beyond my control.
• • • I think my package was lost or stolen.
Uh oh. This is definitely a problem!
Items within the US are shipped fully insured & with delivery confirmation. This means if for some reason you do not receive what you were supposed to- I can get your money (not shipping, though) refunded by USPS after filling out some forms and after 30 days from the shipment date. It's a long, annoying process for you & I both, but it will be done if it has to be! Everywhere else: items are shipped at their own risk unless you contact me before ordering so we can discuss insurance and/or registered mail. This can be quite expensive, so please keep that in mind. Nothing has been lost in transit, yet, so let's hope that continues! • • • Do you have a warranty?
Oh, you bet I do! And it is WAY better than other jewelry designers warranty that I've been able to find, too!
I design & create heirloom quality jewelry. I want my pieces to last through generations. I stand by my craftswomanship & my customers! You get what you pay for & then some, if you know what I mean.
My jewelry is GUARANTEED not to break for up to one year due to normal wear & tear. If it were to break, I will fix it at absolutely no cost to you. Please note, though, that some materials aren't always available, so, if in the unlikely case something needs to be repaired, materials may have to be substituted, if necessary. • • • Taking care of your jewelry isn't as difficult as it seems!
Here are some tips to keep your jewelry in tip top shape!
• Always put your jewelry on last. Get dressed, do your make-up and everything else you may do, then put on your jewelry!
• Don't store your jewelry in direct sunlight or even bright lights - this can fade certain stones over time & we certainly don't want that to happen, do we?
• Store your jewelry in an air tight container or bag. Ziplock bags or even tupperware will do the trick. This helps prevent tarnish. There are tons of jewelry boxes that look good & help prevent tarnish, too. HSN & QVC a®e good places to check out!
• Finally, you can polish your jewelry with a variety of different things. Connoisseurs has a huge variety of polishing cloths & dips to choose from - just make sure what you choose is safe for the materials in your jewelry. Some polish can damage stones & pearls, so be sure to read the labels!
• • • Returns & Exchanges
I know you love my jewelry or you are buying a gift because you think someone else will- but, in the unlikely case that you or the gift recipient wants to return the item, here's my policy:
Kelly Meeker Designs offers an exchange of equal or lesser value if you are not satisfied with your purchase! Please email me within 7 days of receiving your package if you'd like to exchange your item for something else. I have to receive your return package (send it back insured, with delivery confirmation! Also include the receipt that you received in your package) within 21 days of your receiving it in order to do the whole exchange thing.
Earrings are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances for obvious health reasons!

I am always interested in having my jewelry in boutiques and galleries across the world! My minimum order is reasonable!
